Note to all users

  • Before first use, allow the unit to sit UPRIGHT for at least 24 hours if your unit has NOT been stored and transported in an UPRIGHT position.

  • Turning AC unit OFF and ON again will trigger a 3-minute delay before cool air output resumes. This protects the internal compressor and is totally normal operation!

  • Please keep the outlet hose as straight as possible. For optimal performance, we do not recommend using a longer outlet hose than the one included with your unit. If you have questions regarding using an outlet hose longer than 8 feet, please contact customer service to discuss available solutions.
