Warranty

Our three warranties protect your air conditioner unit. Register your air conditioner within 60 days of purchase to receive our additional 90-day extended warranty.

30-Day Coverage for Initial Purchase

Defects in materials and workmanship of Covered Equipment that appear under normal use and maintenance are fully covered for 30 days and will include return shipping. This includes physical or operational defects if the product is in such condition upon removal from the packaging at the time of purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Airo Comfort warrants the Covered Equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year following the purchase date. Airo Comfort will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, ANY PART of the Covered Equipment installed and used for residential applications which fall under normal use and service within the 1-year warranty period.

3-year limited Compressor Warranty

Airo Comfort warrants the Internal Compressor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years following the purchase date. Airo Comfort will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, ANY PART of the Internal Compressor installed and used for residential applications which fall under normal use and service within the 3-year warranty period.
